Hawks win Halls Christmas Tournament
The Clinton Middle School Hawks went 4-0 en route to capturing the Halls Christmas Invitational Tournament over the holiday break.
In pool play, the Hawks beat Holston Middle School, 58-34, Powell Middle School, 58-48 and Birchfield Middle School, 50-49. They beat The King’s Academy in the Championship 53-50.
The Hawks improve to 17-3 on the year and return to district play next week where the Hawks look to remain undefeated in district play.
Clinton’s Jackson Garner was named Tournament MVP while the Hawks’ Rishon Bright was named to the All-Tournament team.
