Chloe Lynn Lascola
On April 11, 2024, Chloe Lynn Lascola, 18, of LaFollette gained her heavenly wings.
She was a member of Claxton Church of Christ, where she found her interest for the Lord. She then became a member of Glade Springs Baptist Church, where she was saved at the age of only 10.
Chloe was such an inspiration and a bright shining light to anyone she met.
And anywhere you saw an animal, you saw Chloe. She had a love for every kind of animal, from horses to her prized dogs, Bent Bent and Zeus, whom she helped rescue. Her love for life and adventure will be so dearly missed, not to mention that her laughter could turn any frown upside down.
Chloe was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Bonnie White; grandmother, Wanda Sue White; grandfather, Glen Andrew Lascola; grandmother, Brenda Lea Flatt; special uncle, John Purdy; and beloved cousin, Derrick Wilhoit.
Chloe is survived by, her mother, Amanda Snell and boyfriend Lynn Vann; sister, Kenzie Lascola; an amazing and wonderful aunt, Vicki and husband Kevin Edwards; father, Brian Lascola and wife Leann Burns Carter Lascola; aunt, Glenda and Mike Smiddy; aunt, Jennifer Roddy; uncle, Andy Lascola and wife; and several cousins, Brandon, Derrick, Ashley, Alex, Isaac, Tyler, Blake, Abby and Aiden; special cousin, Danielle Hamblin and children, Noah, Memphis, Aspen; and cousin, Sharon Lascola and daughter Dakota.
Family received friends on April 17 from noon-2 p.m. at Cross-Smith Funeral Home. The funeral followed at 2 p.m. Interment was held at Chadwell Cemetery.
