Doyle Flatford, 74, Clinton, passed away Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, at his daughter’s residence.

Doyle was born Nov. 13, 1946, in Union County. He retired from the City of Clinton in the maintenance department.

He was preceded in death by: Wife, Ruby Flatford; father, Clyde Flatford; sisters, Mildred Mitchell, Deana Crowley.

He is survived by: Daughter, Sandra Calhoun and husband Brian of Clinton; grandchildren, Zebulon and Lydia Calhoun; mother, Leona Edwards Flatford; brother, Roger Flatford and Theresa; sisters, Joyce Hutchinson and husband Jack, Susie House and husband Jerry, Gail Flatford, and Shelia Flatford; several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a graveside service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, at Grandview Memorial Garden.

Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.
