Johnson takes third at Halls meet
The Clinton High School wrestling team took a well-deserved weekend off but the Lady Dragons competed in the Halls Girls Invitational on Friday night at Knoxville Halls High School.
Clinton’s program continued its success in 2023-24 as the Lady Dragons had one medalist at one of the top girls tournaments, which was contested in North Knox County.
Freshman 185-pounder Ace Johnson finished third in her weight class.
The Dragons and Lady Dragons were scheduled to host their senior night Tuesday. They wrestle at Gibbs Tuesday night (weather permitting).
