Dolores Goins, 89, of Powell passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026.

She is survived by her daughters, Debra Harmon (Ed), Brenda Cook (Frank) and Linda Taras (Ken); son, Donald Goins (Kathy); special nephew, Mike Goins (Mary); sisters, Donna Goins and Jean Bullock; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
