Justin Taylor, 33, Clinton, passed away March 26, 2017, at his residence.
Justin graduated from
Clinton High School in 2002. Throughout his life he loved listening and playing music and playing Playstation 4.
He is survived by: Parents, William and Beata Taylor of Clinton; sister, Melissa Taylor of Johnson City; nephews, Kalvin Fisher of Jefferson City, Garrett Taylor of Johnson City; grandmother, Jimmie Clyde Walker of Clarksville.
The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home. His celebration of life service will follow
in the chapel with Brother Curtis McClane officiating.

Charles Edward Currier, 84, Clinton, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville.
Charles was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather. He enjoyed gardening and loved to be outdoors, he loved everyone and he was kind to everyone. He loved music; his favorite singer was Alan Jackson.
He was preceded in death by: Parents, John and Ruby Currier; wife, Anna “Ruth” Currier; brother; June Currier; sisters, Shirley Wilcox, Jean Green, and Ruth Fowler.
Charles is survived by: Sons, Edward Smith of Clinton, Johnny Currier and wife Mary of Clinton; daughter, Rebecca McKenzie of Clinton; grandchildren, Cynthia Inkerbarger, Tonka McKenzie Jackson, Bridgett Woods, Preston Phillips and Johnny Jr. Currier; great-grandchildren, Samantha Ballard, Eric Jones, Brandon Dye, Brittany Scalf, Brandi Dye, Hailey Currier, Hunter Currier, Logan Tidwell, Justin Tidwell, Cameron Phillips, Cordelle Phillips, Michael Phillips; great-great-grandchildren; Elliott Barnett, Tryston Dye, Axel Jones; also several nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
Charles’s family received his friends from 2 – 3 p.m. Sunday, March 19, 2017, with a Celebration of Life following at 3 p.m., in the chapel at Jones Mortuary in Clinton with the Brother Derrick Woods officiating.
Charles’s interment was at 1 p.m. Monday, March 20, 2017, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Powell with full Military Honors.
Jones Mortuary in Clinton was in charge of all arrangements.
JEANETTE ‘JEANE’ HARMON

Jeanette “Jeane” Harmon, 53, Clinton passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Park West Medical Center.
Throughout her life Jeane enjoyed quilting, cooking, studying genealogy with her sister, Jennifer, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Jeane was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Harness.
She is survived by: Loving husband, Richard Harmon of Clinton; daughter, Nicole Harmon of Clinton; sons, Andre Harmon of Clinton. John Harmon and wife Christina of Florida; sister, Jennifer Ayers and husband Matt of Chattanooga; brother, Jonathan Harness and wife Tracy of Knoxville; grandchildren, Keegan Bullock, Kaison Ward, and Kinsleigh Lauderdale; sister-in-law, Angel Hembree and husband Roger; brother-in-law, Eddie Harmon and wife Wilma; several nieces, nephews and special friends.
The family received friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home. Her funeral service followed in the chapel with Rev. Larry Webster.
Jeane’s graveside was at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Clinch River Baptist Church Cemetery.

September (Timmi) Lynn Jansky, 40, Crown Point, Ind., passed away unexpectedly Wednesday March 1, 2017.
She is survived by her loving family: Mother, Rose Ann Fowler Jansky of Schereville, Ind.; father, George E. Jansky of Calumet City, Ill.; sister, Amber (Don) Baron of Schererville, Ind.; nieces, Alexandra Rose Baron and Ana Elizabeth Baron of Schereville, Ind.; fiancé, Daniel Van Etten of Grant Park, Ill.; stepfather, Jesse L. Long of Merriville, Ind.; many dear aunts, uncles, and cousins; and precious pets, Lucy, Zoey, and Gonzo.
A funeral mass was held Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at Our Lady of Knock Catholic Church. September lie in state from 11:30 a.m. until time of service at noon. She was laid to rest at St. Jospeph’s Cemetry in Hammond, Ind. Salon Pruzin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
September was the granddaughter of the late Raymond and Ophelia Fowler of Clinton. Her mother was Rose Ann Fowler Jansky, who graduated from Clinton High School in 1960.
Sepetmebr did volunteer work at local animal shelters.

Terrance “Terry” Lynn Lane, 58, Lake City, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at his residence.
Terry was born March 9, 1959, in Anderson County.
He was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed four-wheeling and working around the house.
Terry was preceded in death by: Father, James W. Lane; brothers, Bill Lane and Ray Lane.
Survivors: Mother, Ruby Harmon of Lake City; son, Brian Lane and Tiffany of Sevierville; daughter, Heather Linden and Dustin of Lake City; special companion, Cheryl Nolan of Lake City; brothers, John Lane and Donna of Lake City, Randy Lane and Tammy of Lake City, Tim Lane of Lake City; sisters, Margaret Sharp and Mike of Lake City, Faye Hall of Lake City; grandchildren, Chance Williams, Andrew Williams, Briana Lane, and Michaela Naranjo; special friend, Steve Pyle; several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
Visitation was from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
The Funeral Service will follow visitation at 7:00 PM, Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dewayne Fortner officiating.

John L. Miller, 63, Knoxville, passed away suddenly Friday morning, March 17, 2017, at his home.
John was a member of Faith Promise Church and was a greeter every Sunday morning. He was a graduate of Clinton High School. John retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 2014. He worked part-time for Landreth Bus Lines. John enjoyed RVing, hunting, riding his motorcycle, and his dog Molly.
John was preceded in death by: Parents, Clarence Edward Miller and Winifred Pauline Huckabey Miller; brother, Jerry Story Taylor.
He is survived by: Wife, Pamela Miller; children, John Travis (Liz) Miller of Charlotte, N.C., Carmen Marie (Matt) Grimes of Knoxville; grandchildren, Olivia, Elin and Reese; sisters, Judy Kay Kelley, Sara Ann Hutchinson, and Rebecca Pearl Walker; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 6:45 p.m. Thursday March 23, 2017, at Faith Promise Church followed by a Celebration of Life at 7 p.m. with Pastor Robbie Leach officiating.

Robert “Rusty” Russell Scarboro, 60, Clinton passed away March 12, 2017.
Rusty was born June 6, 1956, in Southern Pines, N.C., to the late C.A. and Frances Scarboro.
He is survived by: Sister, Gail Hunt and husband Les of Clinton; brothers, Allen Scarboro and his partner Mohamed ElGed of Istanbul, Turkey, Jeff Scarboro and wife Terrie of Towanda, Penn.; nephew, Brian Hunt and wife Betsy; niece, Lindsay Hall and husband Justin; aunt, Ann McRae of Clinton; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Jesse Shatto, 78, Clinton passed away Friday, March 17, 2017, at Tennova Hospice in Halls.
Throughout his life Jesse loved cooking and listening to country music. Jesse was a member of Main Street Baptist in Rocky Top. He worked at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge in the environmental department where he touched many lives. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and United States Army.
Preceded in death by: Mother, Elizabeth and husband Bill Plantz; father, Romanis Shatto; sister, Marie Annette Duncan; companion of 16 years, Bernice Goodman.
He is survived by: Son, Brian Shatto and wife Debbie of Martyland; daughters, Leslie Shatto Key and boyfriend Pete Saul of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Carly Shatto and fiancé Fred Brown, Ashley Vincenti and husband Rich, Samantha Shatto, James Duran; great-grandsons. Dominic Vincenti, and Ash Duran; niece, Kelly Rae Duncan; nephew, Jamie Duncan; stepchildren whom loved him dearly, Penny Mesker, Betty Carver and husband Elmer, Bobby Westmoreland and fiancé Margo, Iva Venuto, Terry Westmoreland, Lorena and husband Andrew Meyer, Jackie Westmoreland, Dennis Westmoreland; several stepgrandchildren and great-grandchildren.
