WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Tennessee Housing Development Agency who is now the owner of said debt; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Anderson County, Tennessee.

The City of Norris is requesting sealed bids for the Norris Square Sidewalk Project. The project generally consists of the construction of a new concrete sidewalk along Norris Square in front of Norris Middle School, within a City easement.
Bid specifications may be picked up at the Norris Community Building, 20 Chestnut Drive, Norris, TN, or online at www.cityofnorris.com/bids.
The City of Norris will receive sealed bids at the Norris Community Building, 20 Chestnut Drive, Norris, TN 37828, or by mail at P.O. Box 1090, Norris, TN 37828. All bids shall be clearly marked “Norris Square Sidewalk Project.” The deadline for receiving bids is Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. ET. Bids will be opened publicly immediately following the deadline.
