Notice of Upcoming Commissioner Vacancy
A vacancy will exist on January 1, 2026 on the Board of Commissioners for the Powell-Clinch Utility District of Anderson and Campbell Counties, Tennessee (the “District”) due to the expiration of the term of a current member of the Board. The Board plans to certify a list of three nominees from the District’s Campbell County service area (which covers all of Campbell County outside the city limits of Jellico) to the Campbell County Mayor to fill this upcoming vacancy at its regular monthly meeting on March 26, 2026. A customer may submit a name for consideration by the Board for the list of nominees. To be considered the name must be mailed to the District’s General Manager at P.O. Box 428, Rocky Top, TN 37769. Submitted names must be received by the General Manager on or before the close of business on Friday, March 13, 2026 to be eligible for further consideration by the Board. Qualifications established by the Board for nominees are available upon request.
