It appears from the pleadings filed in this cause that Unknown Heirs of Christopher Gibson, Karen Godfrey, Gary Godfrey, and Unknown Heirs of David Hannah’s whereabouts are unknown. In compliance with the provisions of T.C.A. 21-1-204 and the Order of Publication of this court entered April 17, 2025, service of process will be made by publication.
Unknown Heirs of Christopher Gibson, Karen Godfrey, Gary Godfrey, and Unknown Heirs of David Hannah’s IS THEREFORE, HEREBY REQUIRED TO APPEAR ON OR BEFORE THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE LAST DATE OF PUBLICATION before the Clerk and Master of Chancery Court, located at 100 N. Main Street, Suite 308, Clinton, Tennessee 37716 and make defense to the complaint filed in the foregoing case styled above. Otherwise, said complaint will be taken for confessed, and a Judgment by Default entered. Unknown Heirs of Christopher Gibson, Karen Godfrey, Gary Godfrey, and Unknown Heirs of David Hannah’s is required to file responsive pleadings with the court and Petitioner’s Attorney, Christy White, Post Office Box 4415 Oak Ridge, TN 37831.
