Notice is hereby given that on March 17 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Kelsey Bistline Heiner, who died 1/11/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Anderson County Chancery Court of Anderson County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred: (1)(A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or (B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(A); or(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the South Charles Seivers Boulevard at Mariner Point Drive Traffic Signal Installation will be received, by the City of Clinton at 100 North Bowling Street, Clinton, TN 37716 until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. This project consists primarily of the installation of one new traffic signal for the existing unsignalized intersection of South Charles Seivers Boulevard (State Route 61) at Mariner Point Drive. The scope of work includes installation of new mast arm poles, cabinet, controller, signal heads, detection, conduit, wiring, signing, pavement marking, minor resurfacing, maintenance of traffic, and all incidentals required to provide a fully functional traffic signal. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at Cannon & Cannon, Inc., 10025 Investment Drive, Suite 120, Knoxville, TN 37932, 865-670-8555 on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Cannon & Cannon, Inc. during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each set. There will be no refunds of any type. Only those entities that obtain copies of the Contract Documents from the Issuing Office will be eligible to bid. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
There will be no pre-bid conference for this project.
Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid.
The Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
