Dr. Gene Caldwell’s family listens Monday night as Commission Chairman Steve Emert (Dist. 3) reads a courtesy resolution honoring Caldwell. The former State Representative for District 33, retired pediatrician, and driving force behind the Emory Valley Center, died March 4, 2017, at NHC of Oak Ridge from congestive heart failure.
