Faces of Clinton is new fundraiser for City Schools

After Clinton City Schools saw huge success with the Empty Bowls Fundraiser, generating upwards of $7,000 for Second Harvest, another fundraiser is already in the works.

The next fine arts event will take place April 3. It will be the inaugural Faces of Clinton City Schools.

All students in the school system will be working with an art teacher to do a self-

portrait. The self-portraits will be on display at the Kin- caid House from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. April 3.

There will also be entertainment provided by students.

“Some of our Clinton City students will be present-ng special talents that they have,” said Kelly Johnson, Director of Clinton City Schools.

“You’ll see some students singing, playing instruments, dancing and displaying other various talents.”
