Backpacks at Eagle Bend Apostolic of Clinton are ready

Backpacks have been stuffed with school supplies for students in grades K-12 as part of the Back to School Bash and Great Backpack Giveaway at Eagle Bend Apostolic Church of Clinton on July 29 at 11:15 a.m.. The Asst. Pastor Blake Miller recently met with area educators in Clinton and Anderson County and they informed him that approximately 250 children would need backpacks for this coming school year, so Eagle Bend Apostolic Church took up an offering last Sunday morning (July 15) to purchase over 265 backpacks — exceeding the goal.
