Catholic Women’s Club rummage sale Oct. 5-6 at St. Therese
The Catholic Women’s Club of St. Therese is holding its semi-annual Rummage and Bake Sale from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, and from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, with special sale opportunities.
There will be hot coffee, cold drinks, treats for young and a special roasted pork meal (pig roasted on the grounds) with two sides for $5.
Proceeds are used to fund the many activities and charitable works the women perform for the church including providing meals for funerals and special events, supporting local charities, and deanery and diocesan projects.
If you wish to donate items, please contact the parish office located next to the church during their regular hours which are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
The office is closed from noon - 12:30 p.m. for lunch. Items may be delivered to the library in the parish hall during these hours. Please bring helpers if needed. All items should be clean and in good working order.
We cannot accept items which might be classified as hazardous materials. A material is hazardous if it is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive with heat or contact with metals.
Donations will be gratefully accepted through Oct. 4. Receipts are available for income tax purposes. The church is located at 701 S. Charles Seivers Blvd. and is next door to Holly-Gamble Funeral Home.
