  • Anderson County High School Student Art

Anderson County and Clinton City Schools were well represented at the East Tennessee Regional Student Art Exhibition sponsored by the Knoxville Museum of Art and Tennessee Art Educator’s Association.

The East Tennessee Regional Student Art Exhibition provides 6th through 12th grade students an opportunity to participate in a juried art exhibition. The process begins at the school level, where art teachers submit their best student artwork to the KMA.

From there, a group of professional judges select the best pieces to be displayed in the exhibition. This year more than 950 works were submitted and only a third of them were selected for the exhibition. Student artwork was displayed at the KMA through January 14.
