Roane State moves summer classes online

Roane State Community College is moving most of its summer session courses online due to continued health and safety concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes Maymester as well as first-term, second-term, and full-term summer classes. First-term and full-term summer session classes are scheduled to begin June 1, 2020.

A limited number of courses that require in-person instruction will be conducted on campus this summer. For those classes that are unable to move online, students will receive additional instructions regarding what steps they must take to access campus. As of the time of this announcement, Roane State is planning to offer its normal mix of in-person and online classes for the fall semester.
