A COVID birthday celebration

Despite adhering to safety protocols and quarantining during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kathryn Cox still had a pretty good birthday. Cox, celebrating her 92nd birthday, was given a parade last Sunday to mark the occasion. Family and friends drove by her house on Kentucky Avenue, dropping off balloons and giant handmade cards. The parade was headed by Clinton’s finest and bravest as the Police Department and Fire Department led the way.
