Lowe is memorial scholarship winner

Zoe Lowe was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Joe Forgety Memorial Scholarship Fund. The scholarship was created by The Education Foundation as a way to honor the four decades of service Forgety had given to Anderson County Schools.
