For each of the past six years, the family of Freddy Fagan has awarded scholarships in Freddy’s honor to a worthy Clinton High School graduate. Once again this year, two students received these $1,000 awards. William McKinley Lowe and Claire Pietrzak have been selected to carry on this well-earned distinction.
