Applications for commodities ends Friday
Anderson County CAC will be taking applications for the PINK commodity card at its office at 149 North Main Street in Clinton through Aug. 19. Applications will be taken from 8 a.m. - noon Wednesday and Friday. All participants must be Anderson County residents and be income eligible. Please bring with you proof of income (not a bank statement) and proof of address. If you already have a PINK commodity card, you DO NOT need to sign back up. The commodities will be handed out from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday Aug. 25 , at the National Guard Armory in Clinton. Please have your PINK card and 6 brown paper bags.
