SoccerCats earn postseason honors
Oak Ridge High School was heavily represented on the All-Region 2-AAA boys soccer team, which was selected by the region’s coaches and released recently.
The Wildcats had five players selected to the squad after posting a runner-up finish in both the District 3-AAA regular-season standings and the postseason tournament.
Emmett Lee, Eli Lynch, Daniel Vogt, Tucker Smith and Sebastian Salas-Vaca all received all-region honors for the Wildcats, who finished with a 12-4-2 record in 2023 and reached the Region 2-AAA Tournament.
