Adult beginner artistic swimming lessons start Oct. 18
Beginning Wednesday, Oct. 18, the East Tennessee Dolphins Artistic Swimming group will offer an introductory course for adults.
Each lesson will last 45 minutes, running from 4:15-5 p.m.Wednesdays. The session ends Dec. 13.
Lessons will be held at the Clinton Community Center indoor pool, 101 S. Hicks St.
This course is aimed at adults ages 18-plus who can swim two lengths of the pool and are comfortable swimming on their backs.
Artistic swimming was also known as synchronized swimming until a recent rebranding. Youth lessons may be offered in the future depending on interest.
The cost for the course is $45 for the eight-week session.
