Young Lady Wildcats have tough week going into holidays

After winning four of its first five games, the young Oak Ridge High School girls basketball team dropped two of its last three contests heading into a brief holiday break.

In their lone game last week, the Lady Wildcats lost on the road to the Sevier County Bearettes, 57-32, on Tuesday.

Oak Ridge (6-3) had four players score six points in Sevier County as Euleesha Mitchell, Jenayah Pippins and Anaya Porter shared high scoring honors for the Lady Wildcats.

ORHS will return to action at the Greene-ville Classic on Tuesday. Tournament play continues through Saturday at Greeneville High School.
