Forrester seeking office of Anderson County chancellor

DANIEL FORRESTER
Republican Daniel Forrester has announced that he will seek the office of Anderson County chancellor in the March 5 Republican Primary.

Forrester is a Conservative Republican who has practiced law in Anderson County for two decades. He has maintained a law office for more than a decade on North Main Street in Clinton, where he has served families across Anderson County.

Forrester is a certified Rule 31 mediator who has helped resolve more than 500 civil cases through the Anderson County courts.

One of East Tennessee’s most active attorneys, he has appeared in the Anderson County courts on more than 1,500 cases that include Juvenile, Chancery, Circuit, and Sessions courts over the past 15 years.

Forrester has been involved in hundreds of cases involving adoptions, divorces, orders of protection, child support, real estate matters, and other cases focusing on fairness and equity, which he believes makes him qualified to serve as the next chancellor.

He has been a member of the Anderson County Bar Association for the past 16 years.

“I have practiced law in the Anderson County Courts for two decades and have tailored my practice to family law that has prepared me with the necessary experience and expertise to become Anderson County chancellor,” he said.

“I would appreciate everyone’s vote in the upcoming election.”

He has been active supporting community organizations across Anderson County for years, including school organizations and sports teams, churches, civic groups, and other charitable organizations.

Forrester lives in Andersonville with his wife Chrissy, son Titus, 17, and daughter Chloe, 11.

Titus is a senior at Anderson County High School and Chloe is a sixth-grader at South Clinton Elementary School.

He and his family are members of First Baptist Church in Andersonville.

The Republican Primary will be held on March 5.

Early voting will begin on Feb. 14.
