Hot shots and skills recognized at camp
Clinton High School varsity basketball Coach Chris Lockard concluded his annual basketball camp with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding campers. Award winners included: best rebounders – Mansa Mykail, Harrison Hughes and Deacom McGhee; best defenders – Kinsley Chen, Cooper Baylis and Baylor Cool; best offense – Kayson Sliger, Fin Perkins and Tucker Harmening; MVPs – Jagger Evans, Stone McKenzie and Benji Yarbrough; Hot Shot champs – Noah Forsythe, Jaxson Sherwood and Matthew Taylor; 3-point champs – Tucker Colwell, Stone McKenzie and Logan Hill; free-throw champs – Jagger Evans, Jaxson Sherwood and Cal Kirkpatrick. Coach Lockard Awards were presented to Kole Sliger and Gannon Summers.
