ORNL Credit Union building new branch
The credit union already has a large branch in Oak Ridge at 215 S. Rutgers Ave. and an ATM at Walmart at 373 S. Illinois Ave.
However, Jessica Emert, the company’s vice president for brand and corporate relations, told The Courier News the credit union has a need to expand in the city.
“We are a growing organization, serving more members each year,” she said.
“We’re opening up our Oak Ridge branch location to provide our members with the most- convenient banking experience with the highest level of service.”
The new branch will provide all of the same services the South Rutgers Avenue branch does.
The building will also house an office for 7 Title, a Knoxville-based company that partners with credit unions to provide mortgages, title services and insurance products.
