Letters to the Editor
To the Editor:
My name is Tina Targonski, and I am running for Anderson County Commission in District 2.
When I decided to enter this race, I wasn’t a politician. I was a veteran, wife, mother, community volunteer, and someone who cares deeply about the future of Anderson County.
Over the past several months, I have spent time listening to residents across our community. I’ve heard concerns about clean water, support for first responders and veterans, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, and preserving the quality of life that makes Anderson County such a special place to call home.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned during this campaign is that people want to be heard. They want elected officials who are accessible, willing to listen, and focused on solving problems rather than creating division.
My commitment is simple: I will approach every issue with integrity, common sense, and a willingness to work with others for the benefit of our community. I don’t have all the answers, but I will always do the work, ask the questions, and put Anderson County residents first.
I would be honored to earn your support and your vote on August 6.
Sincerely,
Tina Targonski
Candidate for Anderson County
Commission, District 2
