Arsenault offered
Governor’s Execellence scholarship
Johnathan Arsenault of Andersonville was offered a Governor’s Excellence Scholarship at Austin Peay State University for the fall 2026 semester.
The scholarship is offered to incoming first-year students who have a grade-point average between 3.0 and 3.49. Arsenault is among more than 230 incoming students offered the scholarship.

Bean named
to Dean’s List
Anjalee Bean of Heiskell was named to the spring 2026 dean’s list at East Tennessee State University’s Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy.
Bean was among nearly 100 students named to the dean’s list. To qualify, students must successfully complete at least 12 hours and earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher, with no grade below a B-minus.

Elizabeth Gorney of Heiskell was named to Austin Peay State University’s Dean’s List for the summer 2026 semester.
The Dean’s List recognizes full-time students who earn a term grade-point average of 3.5.

Peterson named
to Dean’s List
Libby Peterson of Oak Ridge was named to Salve Regina University’s Dean’s List for the spring 2026 semester.
To qualify, full-time students must earn a semester grade-point average of 3.6 while completing at least 12 graded credits. Part-time students must earn a 3.8 while completing at least six graded credits.
