Oak Ridge-based EverClean Dry Cleaner & Laundry will open a satellite location at 407 Cullom St. in Clinton beginning next Tuesday (Sept. 1), next door to the Apple Blossom Cafe.

The location will be used for drop-off and pickup only, said Angie Caparani, who manages the Oak Ridge operation at 136 Bus Terminal Rd.

“We will do the actual work elsewhere, with about a three- to four-day turnover,” she said.

On the other side of the dry- cleaning business, at 405 Cullom St., is the new Soltide Hair + Beauty Studio, opened recently by Brittani Ciraulo in the former location of My Guy Comics.

Dry cleaning, alterations, and basic laundry services will be offered, priced either “by the piece or by the pound,” depending on the item, she said.

A list of some prices is on the exterior window of the building. The business’ Oak Ridge telephone number is 865-481-8226.

The Clinton location will probably be open just three days a week, but Caparani did not yet know the operating days or hours.

She said those would be determined by the owner, Rick Haas, who was not available for comment, Caparani said Monday.

Soltide Hair + Beauty Studio, meanwhile, is open by appointment only, Ciraulo said.

She may be reached at 865-770-0411.
