Lady Wildcats honor senior quartet
Oak Ridge volleyball celebrated senior night last week, honoring Lady Wildcats Cameryn McGinnis, Annyla Osborne, Da’miracle Strickland and Ali Rickard.
Freshman Ally Wilson also turned in a strong week for Oak Ridge.
“She had over 25 kills this week total,” Oak Ridge Coach Meghan Ellis said. “She’s a middle blocker most of the time but will hit outside at times.”
Ellis also praised libero Stephanie Kenworthy for stepping up when the Lady Wildcats needed her.
“And then Stephanie Kenworthy, our libero, she has really come in clutch in times of need this week,” Ellis said.
Oak Ridge enters this week with a 6-6 record in District 3-AAA play.
