Notice is hereby given that on October 6 of 2025 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Robert Levone Compton, who died 5/6/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Anderson County Chancery Court of Anderson County, Tennessee. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Anderson County will hold a public meeting on November 17, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. in Room 312 of the Anderson County Courthouse, 100 North Main St., Clinton, Tennessee. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the accomplishments of the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Project known as Rural Waterline Project. The public is invited to attend and comment on the project. All minority members of the public are encouraged to attend and comment. The meeting will be handicapped accessible; however, anyone needing special assistance should contact Mitch Loomis, East Tennessee Development District at (865) 273-6003. Any comments can be sent to mloomis@etdd.org. Anderson County does not discriminate based on race, color or national origin in federal or state sponsored programs, pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
